Early 19th Century East Kent Yeomanry Officer’s Mess Pepper Shaker. The back stamp of this shaker would indicate a date of 1805 to 1833. The front is white china, decorated to the centre with a green transfer of the regimental device. The border decorated with green transfers of flowers. The base with the maker’s details of “Spode New Fayence”. A little wear. Height 6 1/2 inches
