TWO MID 20TH CENTURY, 9CT GOLD WATCHES, the first a manual wind watch of a rectangular form, silver dial, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands, in a polished case, hallmarked 9ct London 1928, movement signed Elgin U.S.A, stamped 30945249, 15 jewels, approximate case width 16.7mm, missing strap, the second also manual wind, round white dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary dial at the six o'clock position, blue steel hands, in a polished case, inside case back hallmarked 9ct London import 1914, approximate case width 32.5mm, approximate gross weight including movements 36.9 grams (condition report: both watches wind, set and run at time of cataloguing, although time keeping is untested, may require some attention, would benefit from a gentle clean and polish)
