German bisque head character doll 'Hanna' by Shoenau & Hoffmeister circa 1915, with 5 piece bent limb composition body, brown closing eyes, open mouth, no teeth and short brown hair. impressed 'S PB H 2 Germany'. Doll is dressed in period gown and bonnet of white cotton lawn, trimmed with several types of lace and pin tucks, plus 2 petticoats and socks. Height 15"/ 38.5cm

Bisque head is in good condition with no cracks. Tiny nick above left eye. Hair firmly glued in place so not able to inspect pate or top of head. Eyes open and close smoothly. No teeth.
