A Japanese Meiji Period Ivory Okimono, by Toshimasa, in the form of a street vendor carrying baskets around his neck, mother of pearl and red lacquer panels on his back, signed in a red lacquer panel, height 10 cm.

Good overall condition if a little dirty
No visible signs of repairs or restoration.
The only issues are a small nibbling to the edge of the mother of pearl panel (approx. 4 mm) which when cleaned may be less visible and a crack to his back which may be natural.
