A Royal Worcester framed circular plaque, hand painted by A. Hallam with a redstart, possibly a cut down plate cartouche, blue mark with date code for 1928, visible diameter 9.5cm, framed 24cm.
Has not (and will not) been removed from the frame. Plaque itself appears to have a few scuffs and scratches. The frame has a few nibble losses.
