1915 Star Trio to 3210 Pte G Strachan R.Highrs. Served with the 5th Bn. He was invalided from France and convalesced at Blake Hall, London where several other patients signed a small autograph book (this with lot). Plus two personal Military issue New Testament Bibles named to Strachan. He was from Montrose in Angus. Appears to have been twice wounded 1915 & 1916. Entitled to the Silver War Badge.
