A Belgian gilt bronze French style mantel clock, 19th century. Surmounted with a cavalier on horseback. Marked ’Nouviaire A Buxelles’ to the enamelled Roman numeral dial. 49 cm height.
Condition report: Some age related wear with notable hairlines to the dial and dents to the flanking panels with rosettes. Horse tail in need of reattachment and possible minor losses present. Pendulum included. Bentley’s cannot guarantee the full working order of the clock.
