A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN DISH, MING DYNASTY. Decorated with a twisted peach tree in garden scene with floral scroll to the exterior. Jiajing period (1522–66), 13.7cm diam.
Together with a book: Chinese Blue and White Porcelain from the Oriental Ceramic Society of Hong Kong, Exhibition of Chinese blue and white porcelain and related underglaze red. A similar dish is reference on page 39, item 53 as well as an illustration on page 69, no. 39.
The dish in good condition with no signs of damage or repair, no cracks or chips. The book used but in good condition.
