(27 Feb. 1846) and framed "COLONIES/&c ART.13" h.s. - very early use of this mark on Mexican mail - on front and Vera Cruz, London, Paris and Lyon d.s. on rear, 1 Feb. 1854 EL to Bordeaux ex Tampico with [British PO in] sans-serif "TAMPICO" double-arc d.s. and scarce "1" reale h.s. on reverse apparently matching the "SANTA ANNA DE TAMAUL[IPA]S" c.d.s. on the front), 1844 E to Bordeaux with large serif British P.O. "VERA-CRUZ" c.d.s.'s (year above month error) and red framed "COLONIES/&c ART.12" h.s. on front, 1854 EL to Grenoble with red "PANAMA/TRANSIT" h.s. on front and a few others. (11 covers).
