The canvas has been lined. Craquelure and light surface dirt throughout. There are a number of isolated flecks and patches of paint loss evident throughout the canvas. Rubbing and abrasions to the framing edges. A number of superficial surface scratches. There is an area of 'L-Shaped' repair to the canvas right of the sitter's left thigh. Inspection under UV light reveals very light scattered retouching throughout but mainly to the framing edges. Please note Dreweatts is not liable for damage to frames.
