Note: Edward Marjoribanks, 2nd Baron Tweedmouth, KT, PC (British, 1849-1909), was a moderate British Liberal Party statesman who sat in the House of Commons from 1880 until 1894 when he inherited his peerage and then sat in the House of Lords. His career included positions as Lord Privy Seal and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, later being inducted into the Order of the Thistle.
