A Belgian 6 shot 12mm Mariette double action pinfire revolver, c 1863, octagonal barrel 143mm, the breech stamped “MARIETTE BREVETE”, Liege proved, a large knurled knob unscrews to allow the barrel and cylinder to slide forwards for loading and ejecting by means of a conventional sliding ejector rod, completely plain with chequered walnut grips, and lanyard ring.
