A good and heavy early 20th century five-piece tea and coffee service comprising teapot, coffeepot, hot-water jug, two-handled sugar and a creamer, the sugar and creamer with gilded interiors, maker's mark HH & S, all items assayed Birmingham 1906, each piece engraved with an elaborate monogram. The service was originally for the wedding of Charles and Edelweiss Kingerlee on 17th April 2007, Charles's father Henry was twice the Lord Mayor of Oxford) (height of hot-water jug 24cm to tip of finial, total combined weight of five items approx. 2,876g)
