A pair of Goldscheider cold painted terracotta figures, early 20th century, modelled as a boy and girl seated on rocks fishing, the boy with associated fishing rod, impressed maker's marks and incised signature 'Chere' verso, the boy 43cm high, the girl 44cm high (2)
Both pieces show the odd small firing pit and frit, small areas of flaked loss to the surface finish, and general surface wear, but no obvious chips, cracks, crazing or evidence of restoration. The boy's fishing rod is likely to be a later replacement.
