Condition VF David Percy Potter was born in Devonport on the 16th of April 1892. he joined the Royal Navy on the 16th of July 1914.
He served on HMS Warspite at The Battle of Jutland. He survived the war and remained in the Navy in the post-war years. He sadly died of TB in 1929.
