Five Staffordshire Pottery flatback figure groups, to include, a depiction of a musical duo with the lady holding an accordion and the male, a hurdy-gurdy, H-27cm, c. 1840-50, an alternative example of which is held in the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, a Scottish couple, complete with clock face and bagpipes, 37cm, the Princess and Prince of Wales, Victoria and Albert, 37cm, a young lady standing atop a red brick bridge, leaning on a male and accompanied by a spaniel, 28cm, and a couple representing country or rural living, 33cm, together with a spill vase depicting a hunter with his dog, 41cm.
