A near pair of metal suits of armour in Italian 16th century style, late 19th /early 20th century; with etched arabesque and foliate decoration throughout; each with closed helmet and hinged visor, breast and back plate with gorget, the arms with vambraces, pauldrons and gauntlets, knee length assets above cuisse, poleyn, greave and sabaton leg armour; mounted on a wood base; 184cm high overall, 69cm wide, 46cm deep.
