Napoleonic Prisoner of War straw work picture of Napoleon being imprisoned at St Helena, c1815. Image depicts Napoleon standing defiantly on a mound while the Duke of Wellington points him towards the harbour of St Helena, a British warship is moored up prominently (possibly HMS Northumberland). Image and frame entirely worked in straw, glazed. Frame W 57cm, H 51cm.
