A Nicole Freres figured walnut and banded cylinder music box on a stand. Late 19th century, stamped number 52556 K, playing eight airs, on three interchangeable 15" cylinders, with six bells, tune indicator, double-spring motor and speed control, height 29.5cm, width 97cm, depth 39cm, raised on a later stand, the two additional cylinders contained in a separate box. A handwritten note states that the box was in the collection of Marie Lloyd, the famous Music Hall artiste.
