Railway. Overseas Traction - SOUTH AFRICA. A collection of approx. 250, black and white, postcard size prints, from the late Tony Hill collection. The photographs were taken by Tony over two trips to South Africa, in 1977 and 1979. There are plenty of good steam photographs in the lot and the vast majority are well captioned on the reverse. There is a mixture of scenes with several on shed photos. Locations include; Bloemfontein mpd, Beaconsfield mpd, Springs mpd, Msons Mill mpd, East London, Pretoria, Swortkops Station, De Aar mpd and others. Copypright is not on offer. Sample illustrated.
