(with original enclosed printed calling card; unsealed for the printed matter rate) with dotted triangle frame "T" mark on the front and so with a pair of P&C "N-C-E/5c" on 4c tied by Noumea cds's but also each cancelled - as per the emergency regulations of 29 Dec. 1899 - by the dotted "T" triangle. Rare thus. Plus 24 Sept. 1903 philatelic env. (central vertical crease just clear of stamps) registered locally in Thio with Jubilee values (7) from 1c to rare 1f plus Jubilee s/ways surcharge 10c on 15c & 4c on 5c all tied by mainly fine scarce blue 2-ring "THIO/NELLE CALEDONIE" cds's with matching v. fine Thio blue boxed "R" mark alongside.
