Great Britain: Slade & Bullock Limited, £1 ordinary shares, 19[19], #33, vignette of the factory in green underprint, black border and text. Registered 1891. Confectioners, based in Dewsbury, Yorkshire. The company produced lettered rock and was the first to offer the now famous Blackpool rock and following this supplied many seaside resorts with their products. The company also issued trade cards with their sweets which are now avidly collected. VF and rare.
