A well engineered 7 1/4" gauge miniature railway live steam model of a London Midland and Scottish Railway 0-4-2 pannier tank locomotive 'Marie Therese'.
Built by MG Smith, Engineer, Derbyshire.
The steel boiler with two internal cylinders and valve chests and cab with fittings including reverser lever, two live steam injectors and hand pump, blower, steam brake, hand brake with brake rigging, two sight glasses, whistle and pressure gauge 0-150psi.
Finished in LMS crimson livery with brass nameplates and cabside engineer's plates. Two driving wheels with connecting points, various oiling points, sandbox and safety valves.
The model has not been run for a number of years although the interior does show signs of having previously been fired.
