A mid 20th century diamond solitaire ring, the central round cut diamond set in 18ct white gold claw setting edge leading to rubover set baguette diamond shoulders, leading to plain polished shank, stamped 18ct white, ring size M, 3gms, central diamond weight estimated 1.40ct

Diamond spreads 1.75ct
Central diamond shows minor fluorescence under UV light.
Diamond is eye clean, and bright. Draws a minor amount of colour.
Very minor inclusions are present under x10 loupe.
Baguette diamonds are well matched and eye clean.
Underbezel shows wear to each side where ring has been sitting next to it.
General scuffs and blemishes seen throughout the metal, commensurate with age and use.
No major obvious signs of thinning or resizing seen to the shank.
