Winterhalder and Hofmeier Bracket Clock
The movement plate is stamped “W+H Sch” for Winterhalder & Hofmeier, Schwarzenbach. Winterhalder & Hofmeier were considered one of the finest clocks makers in Germany in the 19c and early 20c. They were a family of clockmakers that were established in 1810 by Thomas Winterhalder.
