A good quality oak very well carved and well detailed Welsh chair by "Beaverman" Beaver furniture, commemorating the marriage of Prince Charles and Lady Diana 1981, with an English rose to the seat and a Prince of Wales Plume to the back and a small carved beaver to the side. Stands at 92cm high, 33cm wide, and a depth of 35cm. Colin "Beaverman" Almack was trained by Robert "Mouseman" Thompson in the 1940's, his trademark was a beaver rather than a mouse and went on to start his own workshop in 1960. The vendor wrote to Beaverman furniture and had a reply confirming the authenticity of this piece which they have a record of - please see photos for the confirmation email.
