A WWI death plaque in memory of ‘George Webster Rogers’ who was a Private in the Lancashire Fusiliers and was one of the missing in a German attack at Maricourt on the 25th March 1918, he was later presumed killed on that date. He is honoured on the memorial at Pozieres and was awarded the 1914-15 star, the British war medal, the victory medal and also this plaque.
