Overall in good condition - diamonds mixed colour and clarity grades typical to the period, one brilliant-cut diamond later added, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40 carats. Green simulant emerald likely a later replacement, precise identity unknown - possibly a later synthetic green periclase. Discoloration to silver and wear to settings commensurate with age and wear. Overall a nice and rare example, gross weight 3 grams.
