(overall wrinkling; part of one flap lost) to Bath with 1d Brown + 9d Dull Purple tied to each other by fair or v. fine Port Louis "B53" numerals with a fine strike of the scarce red Handstruck "5½d" Accountancy Mark alongside; 1½d due to GB & 4d due to France from the 10d rate. Plus similar large part 7 Oct. 1865 E (reduced at left) to London with 4d+6d cancelled or just tied by mainly fine "B53" numerals having a fine red Handstruck "5½d" Accountancy Mark alongside.
