GB STAMPS USED DURING BOER WAR; 1887 jubilee issues 3d single and 1/- dull green block of four, tied to cloth address panel to Exeter, presumably excised from a parcel, cancelled "LADYSMITH/NATAL" CDSs dated 10 Mar (1900), with "LONDON" registered oval for 6 Apr. 1900 alongside. Attractive and unusual.
