Late 19th century Bryer & Sons 18ct lever hunter pocket watch, London 1899, gilt three quarter plate movement signed Bryer & Sons, 54 Barbican, London. E.C. no. 52990, with compensated balance and regulator, 18ct presentation hinged cuvette, signed and numbered dial with Roman numerals, minute track and subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, within a plain case with engraved monogram, case maker 'AF', 122.4gm, 51mm
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - generally good.
Glass - minor light surface marks.
Hands - some mild surface corrosion.
Case - general surface marks and a couple of mild small indentation to the case back, cuvette inscription reads 'Presented To D.L. Cottam. ESQ. By members of the Hanger Mill Golf Club. On his retirement from the Secretaryship. As an appreciation of his unfailing good fellowship and courtesy during his 6 years of office. October 1907'.
