A worksplate, GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY, 1364, 1912 DONCASTER, from a GNR J6 Class 0-6-0 No 3538, renumbered 4187 in 1946, becoming BR 64187. Its BR sheds were New England and Grantham from where it was withdrawn in January 1958 and cut up at Doncaster Works. Fully engraved brass, 12¼"x7½", unpolished, the back stamped 3538.
