Selection of miscellaneous includes vintage tray, glass bowl, plates etc

The tray was custom made to display these Chinese silk sleeve embroideries, taken from elaborate garments of the last Imperial rulers of China.
After the Qing dynasty was deposed in 1912, items were being sold off . In 1922 , when the father of a close friend was in China with the British Navy , these embroideries were among many items he purchased .
The tray was made with them on his return to Hampshire.
The green Jasperware Wedgewood plates are a mix from the 1800s and from the same family.
