An Arthur Schoenall and Hoffmeister bisque head doll, with rolling eyes, hair, parted lips and composition jointed body (marked to the back of the neck with a star, and the letters for "Schenau and Hoffmeister Porzellanfabrick Burggrub", with the numerals, 914 and 10) c.1910, 75cm long, dressed in an embroidering anglaise night dress and bonnet
Condition report: Porcelain head good, no cracks or visible restoration, composition body good, no losses, no missing fingers or toes, joints articulate, stringing possible a bit loose, but overall very good.
