A 3.5 inch gauge Live Steam Locomotive. A Caledonian Railway 'Rob Roy' type 0-6-0 Tank Locomotive by Martin Evans. The engine has outside cylinders and is fitted with brass chimney, dome, whistle and buffers. It is finished in lined dark green with 'C R' and crest to the side tanks. It comes comlete with detailed plans and a copy of 'Rob Roy', by Martin Evans M.I.G.T.E. Editor of Model Engineer, published in 1972. A few firing tools are included. Displayed on a small section of track. The locomotive does not have a boiler certificate and is therefore sold as a display model only. VGC, light cleaning required. £500-750
