1791-1940s GROUP OF MAIL, LETTERS, LEGAL DOCUMENTS & SIGNATURES IN A CARTON - inc. 1809 EL to Chancellor of the Exchequer from 'Exchequer Coffee House'; 1811 EL (damaged) ex HMS Spitfire, Spithead with content lamenting a brother entering the army rather than studying; 1814 EL to Brechin being grant fro a public road with embossed 5/- duty plus handstruck "TWO SHILLINGS/Pr QUIRE" below; 1871 letter with embossed 'HOUSE OF COMMONS'; 1895 passport of Miss Cecilia Waley; 1943 letter from Buckingham Palace signed by Delia Peel (eldest child of 6th Earl Spencer) lady-in-waiting to Queen Mother; 1944 letter from Air Ministry thanking Douglas Byng for entertaining the troops.
