Constant Regnier, Armant de Marine, fait prisonnier en 1803 sur la Corvette L'Impatiente, Capitaine Arnou, au cautionnement de Bishops Castle in Shrop." charged "10" (from London; 25 Mar. 1814 cds on back) with mainly very fine oval "TRANSPORT OFFICE/[Crown]/G.R./PRISONERS OF WAR".
