A fine Art Deco platinum, ruby and diamond target ring - the 1.72ct old brilliant cut diamond within a millegrain halo border of taper cut rubies, the inside of the shanked etched '1.72 CT', size P.
* Condition: The diamond has an oval milky inclusion to the edge of the crown, with a small cavity flaw next to it - the cutting has exposed a cavity inclusion at the surface. There is also a smaller exposed cavity with a tiny carbon spot at the very top of the crown just below the table. Below this are a few small carbon spots just above the millegrain edge and a jagged line inclusion in line with one of the facet cuts. The diamond is drawing some colour and we estimate the colour at L-M. The rubies and setting are in good condition.
