A MIXED SILVER CONDIMENT CONTAINER LOT, includes; (i) a Silver pepper pot the body decorated with pierced design showing the blue glass within, hallmarked; London, date letter ‘a’ for 1896 and maker’s mark of C.A.F for Faraday & Davey (Charles Arthur Faraday), condition: very good, a little lifting on the edge of the lid. As photographed. 7cm tall. (ii) A silver mustard pot with blue glass liner and hinged lid, handle with leaf detail and the edge is gadrooned with a repeat pattern, the body with pierced design. London, date letter of ‘a’ for 1896, maker’s mark also present but rubbed. Condition: hinge strong and glass in perfect condition; unfortunately, there is some of the body of the piece missing as seen in images. 9 x 5 x 6cm. (iii) A silver salt cellar with blue glass liner; the body with pierced decoration and ball feet, the silver is in excellent condition, the liner has cracked in the past and has an old fix to it. Hallmarked for London, with 1896 date letter, maker’s mark also present.
