A LOUNGE TABLE BY G.T. RACKSTRAW, WORCESTER FOR THE SECOND CLASS LOUNGE OF R.M.S. QUEEN MARY, CIRCA 1936

with a fixed square top, central squared standard support with chamfer details, atop a similarly shaped base with metal trim -- 28.5 x 27 x 27in (72.4 x 68.5 x 68.5cm.)



By descent from one of the employees of the manufacturer, G.T. Rackstraw of Worcester.



This table was made for the 2nd Class passenger lounges for the Cunard White Star Liner. However too many were ordered so a number were returned to G.T. Rackstraw and subsequently offered to staff.
