A Clyne Farquharson Design Art Deco cut glass and silver collared decanter, 10" high
The inside neck of the decanter is chipped and has been ground.
We suspect it is a replacement stopper.
The collar is hallmarked Birmingham 1964, with Makers mark "SL"
The piece is not signed.
