A WWI First World War Royal Artillery Officers 1821 pattern sword. Tapering dome shaped pommel with ball finial, rayskin grip and a x3 bar hilt. The blade unmarked for manufacturer, with proof mark to the ricasso and etched with Royal Artillery insignia and Royal GVR cypher. Housed within a leather bound steel scabbard with carry strap. Measures approx. 97cm.
