EARLY PRESENTATION CRICKET BALL (1924) - J WALLWORK, LANCASHIRE CRICKET INTEREST. A leather cricket ball mounted with a small silver shield and inscribed 'Presented to J Wallwork, 10 wickets for 12 runs at Cheetham Hill, June 4th 1924'.
*J Wallwork was apparently playing for Werneth Cricket Club against Cheetham Hill, both members of the Central Lancashire League. This ball was given as a gift to the vendor. *CR See online images.
