EIGHT LATE 17TH CENTURY OAK HIGH BACK CHAIRS, comprised of an impressive armchair with pierced scroll carved cresting, above a pierced carved central splat flanked by turned uprights, seat panel raised on scroll carved legs united by an ornate scroll carved stretcher (142 x 69 x 43 cm), along with seven closely matched high back chairs
Two of the chairs are slightly wobbly, but not too bad
All chairs have horizontal splits to the seat panels
One chair has small treated area of historic worm to the underside
