19th Century Goodchild's Trocheidoscpe by Horne & Thornthwaite having an oak cased base with drawer housing coloured discs and shapes, complete with zoetrope type card cylindrical spinning mount to top, complete with a large selection of different printed paper 'moving illustrations' to include ' the red legged ogre and his dancing poodle', 'engine and feline;', 'Jack in a box', 'leap frog' etc. Approximately 33 illustrations in total.
