Birkenhead, and finally a double arc of Seacombe; an env. (faults) with a "[crown]/FREE/18MY18/1835" and "Liverpool/Penny Post" hs's signed "Melbourne" (Prime Minister at the time); plus other ELs, envs., and PPCs cancelled with UDC, Double Arc, Squared Circle, Thimble, and Double Circle cds's.
