Oil on canvas relined very many years ago, canvas remains tight, paint looks to be in good condition with a little fine but stable craquelure particularly showing down the right side, apparently unsigned, housed in an old giltwood frame which has some small losses, label verso for Pawsey & Payne Ltd.
