Signal Pistol - an extremely scarce Imperial German Kaiserlichen Marine "Einlaufige Sternsignalpistole". This type of signal pistol was used by ships and submarines of the German Navy 1914-1918. A large and heavy bronze pistol. Schermuly type round barrel, Calibre 26.65mm, octagonal breech section, enclosed trigger guard. Backstrap marked "ST & B 15" (Stantien & Becker, Lubeck. 1915). Forward sliding breech release lever, polished wood grips. Serial number 'G-1263'/ Initials "W.M.K." lightly scratched into grips. In GWO and complete. With its Certificate of Deactivation. A collector grade lot.
