Charles I (1625-1649) Groat, Bridgnorth-on-Severn mint, 1646, mintmark plumelet on obv. only. Crowned bust left, plume to left, mark of value to right. Rev, declaration with three plumes above, date below, 1.93gm (S. 3042; N. 2525). Extremely Fine, sharply struck with traces of lustre, scarce. Old pre 1945 Baldwin’s ticket in the hand of AHB priced at £3/10/-.
