Henry VII (1485-1509), AR Halfgroat, Facing Bust issue, class IIIc. Canterbury mint, jointly with Archbishop John Morton; mm tun. Struck 1498-1499. Crowned facing bust within double polylobed, rev. Long cross fourchée; triple pellets in quarters. (North 1712; S 2211). Extremely Fine or better, superb iridescence on obv. Outstanding example. Old collector’s ticket.
